Unbeatable location just minutes from the main square. The staff was friendly and spoke great English. The room was adequate for the price, perfect for travelers planning to explore Krakow. Even though there were a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hostel for its excellent location and friendly staff.

Location was great, only a few minutes walk for the Krakow old town square. Room was quite clean and shower was very nice and new. Feels safe and secure.

Building was very old and poor condition and hallways and courtyard feel quite dank. Balcony was covered in pigeon droppings and not very usable. We had a little trouble communicating with some of the staff in English.

Central. On busy street but quiet due to hermetically sealed / dbl glazed windows. Friendly reception who greeted us on arrival at 11 pm.

Surprised that it was not a bed and breakfast as I had been led to believe. It is just one room within an old building.

The rooms are clean but in bad conditions, they are quite cold, the TV is with only one functioning channel (in Polish).

Great localization - just a few minutes walk to get to main city attractions. Equipment of the rooms is basic, but sufficient.

It is an old building, so the heating doesn;t work very efficient... but ofcourse we weren't freezing :).

The value for money at this place was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to the train station and the old town. The staff were helpful and responsive to our needs.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of options.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and there were 7 flights of stairs to climb and the lift was broken and had obviously been so for some time

We stayed at a hostel near the station and old town. No need for transportation as everything was within walking distance. the room overlooked a peaceful green square, and we had a shared bathroom with our friend, making it feel like our own apartment. the staff was helpful and efficient, and the high ceilings and spacious rooms provided a comfortable living space. the kitchen corners added a cozy touch, making it perfect for a group or families with children. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Nothing everything was great! 😊.

The location of this place was mind-blowingly close to the city centre, making it super convenient to explore. The receptionist was jaw-droppingly friendly and allowed me to store my bag after check-out. The room was absolutely huge, like a jaw-droppingly spacious apartment, and the toilet was squeaky clean. the staff were incredibly helpful and the building itself was old and beautiful. We even had our own kitchen and fridge in the room, with free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV. The icing on the cake was the outdoor car park and electric kettle provided. Can't wait to stay here again next time!
